Provides a maximum of $600 in assistance for electric, natural gas, fuel oil, propane, and water for eligible applicants. Pays the minimum amount necessary to restore service to regulated utilities. May include a reconnect fee that is required if service has been shut off at the same address. Can help with more than one (1) utility. - NOTE: All customers of regulated electric and gas utilities will be forwarded for enrollment in the PIPP Plus (Percentage of Income Payment Plan) or another utility sponsored payment plan. May be used for reconnect or to maintain PIPP Plus program enrollment and could include PIPP Plus default amounts and/or PIPP Plus monthly payment requirements. All applicants will be referred to budget counseling services.

FREE monthly online gathering for parents of LGBTQ+ children and adolescents to come together for support in a safe and accepting environment offering no judgment, just hope and affirmation. This group is facilitated by a licensed family therapist and fellow parent of a LGBTQ+ child.
Provides a variety of services to assist the community in increasing individual and family wellness, through general counseling, participating in anger management, domestic violence prevention,and parent education classes, and finding resources and referrals to needed social and community services. Counseling is by a Licensed Social Worker (LISW). Classes for teen parents and fathers may also be available. Parent Cafes held several times a year. Certificates of completion may be available.

Provides in home screening for post-partum depression to new fathers. Visits take approximately one hour (two visits in all). If a mental health issue is indicated, the father will be referred to appropriate care and agency will provide short term follow up to check on their progress.
Offers childbirth education classes such as natural childbirth, lamaze, HypnoBirthing, relaxation techniques, multiple birth, bedrest and cesarean birth. Also offers classes for siblings and grandparents. Offers a yoga class for pregnant women focusing on relaxation and breathing. Also, offers instruction in infant massage for parents of babies up to one year of age. Also offers specialized counseling for women experiencing depression due to pregnancy or childbirth.

Cooperates with local private attorneys who will file simple, uncontested divorces for a fee. Advice and/or assistance with "pro se" (D-I-Y) court filings is also available on a variety of other family issues including visitation, contempt of previous court orders, and adoption defense.
