Provides information and referral services for individuals who are Deaf, Deafblind, and Hard of Hearing.

Partnering with Greenleaf Family Center to provide case management, advocacy, and information and referrals to individuals with a hearing loss, are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, or DeafBlind.

Provides a variety of services designed to serve the Deaf and hard of hearing communities and to build understanding of Deaf culture. Services include a video relay phone that allows customers to communicate directly with one another or through an interpreter, a library of materials about deafness and issues of interest to this community. Programs include classes in American Sign Language basics, films celebrating Deaf culture, and regular opportunities to socialize and discuss Deafness and hard of hearing issues. Coordinates a collaboration of Cleveland Hearing and Speech Center and Help Me Grow, which works to ensure that families of deaf and hard of hearing children receive the specialized support they need. Provides each family with the ongoing support of a certified outreach specialist who provides complete, impartial information on the condition as well as on the many options for communication and therapy, as well as information on the Deaf Community. Provides links to speech and language therapy, school programs, and community resources.

Provides public special education for hearing impaired children. Program components include parent-infant-toddler play based activities. a half or whole day language-intensive preschool segment, a full-day K-5 elementary school, middle school support, and a high school secondary hearing impairment segment. Support services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, school psychological and counseling services, on-going speech-language assessments, speech therapy, inclusion in main-stream classes as appropriate, interaction with hearing peers, parent conferences and home visits. and support groups for parents, and those who have Cochlear Implants.

DeafEND is a Deaf and Hard of Hearing program focused on teaching children how to live a substance free healthy life. DeafEND provides in school substance abuse prevention education to Deaf and Hard of Hearing children. DeafEND runs a free summer camp every year for Kids of Deaf Adults (KODA). DeafEND provides leadership and healthy living education to teenage adolescents who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing to promote their overall wellbeing.

Provides a summer program for children who are hard of hearing, deaf, or deaf/blind. Participants take group field trips to several area sites during the summer.

Provides services to Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Clark and surrounding counties. Services include: assistance to deaf individuals who need help understanding and managing tasks that require English, such as bills, letters and phone calls, working with bureaucratic entities such as HUD and OJS, and appointments (e.g. with a doctor); basic adult education groups to improve daily living skills such as managing money, health equity, navigating transportation, and making effective use of technology; vocational assistance to those who would like help finding employment; social events to communicate with one another prevent isolation; and workshops open to deaf and hard of hearing and family and friends on issues of importance to the deaf community.

Provides an interactive school-based seminar led by an audiologist for third through sixth graders, to instill healthy hearing habits in children and prevent noise-induced hearing loss.

Provides an early intervention program for infants and toddlers with hearing loss and their families. Services provided virtually (via cell phone, tablet or computer). If the family doesn't have a computer, the center will work with the county's Early Intervention team to bring what is needed to the home. Helps families: - Navigate a new diagnosis of hearing loss and working together to identifying strengths to help communication skills. - Understand their child's hearing loss and new hearing technology. - Learn strategies to keep hearing aids and cochlear implants on little ears. - Learn ways to support their child in developing communication skills and ways to encourage their child to be aware and understand sounds, gestures, or sign language. - Learn how to use daily routines to be the best hearing experience. - Collaborate with other therapies and programs. - Transition to preschool.

Provides a job readiness program for those who are deaf and/or hard of hearing. Program occurs in 3 stages in which the client will learn basic skills to obtain a job and retain said job. Will learn resume writing as well as interview skills and the final stage can lead to job placement.

Provides a two-part class for new hearing aid users, aimed at improving their quality of life. Teaches clients how to use their hearing aids properly, with listening strategies so that communicating becomes easier and less frustrating.

Provides monthly activities for children ages 3-18 who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing. Also offers an annual week-long summer camp for children who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing ages 8-15.
