Community Center For The Deaf And Hard - Of - Hearing | Catalyst Life Services

Provides a variety of services to deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals and their families which enhances integration in to their local communities. The services include: advocacy, support services, case management, interpreting services, captioning services, information and referral, public awareness programs, sign choir, and sign language classes for families and community. Individuals and their families may be referred to deaf services by any community agency or individual, or may contact deaf services themselves.

Provide emotional and practical support for those dealing with opioid addiction. Services include referral to treatment to clinicians providing medicine based assistance (MAT) along with psychological treatment geared to opioid use disorder. Dcrc Vocational Support Services | Deaf Community Resource Center

DCRC provides vocational support services in a variety of ways. For those enrolled in OOD, DCRC can provide skills training to help get a job or a better job. Consumers can learn how to write an effective resume, fill out applications, and practice interview skills. DCRC will advocate for support services and teach consumers to advocate for their needs. Once the consumer has a job, DCRC can provide on-the-job support through the training and orientation period. DCRC also has general educational workshops related to vocational development open to all.
