If the family doesn't have a computer, the center will work with the county's Early Intervention team to bring what is needed to the home.

- Navigate a new diagnosis of hearing loss and working together to identifying strengths to help communication skills.
- Understand their child's hearing loss and new hearing technology.
- Learn strategies to keep hearing aids and cochlear implants on little ears.
