Helen Purcell has an entire team dedicated to enriching the lives of our residents. The team provides structured, yet flexible programs for the memory impaired resident, such as discussion groups, music therapy, recreation, pet therapy and more.

Proactively works with local agencies to identify older people 60 years of age and over and adults with known or suspected Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia, who are living alone, have an intellectual developmental disability and/or have caregivers in needs of support. Once a referral is received a nurse and social worker will make a home visit to assess the situation, begin linking to community resources and provide case management support.
