Provides a support group for older adults coping with cancer.
Our medical providers offer Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) services to patients to reduce the likelihood of contracting HIV. Our providers are also trained in providing Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) an emergency-based treatment for the prevention of HIV after possible exposure has occurred. Helps people living with HIV pay for healthcare and housing through the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Our Health and Housing Advocates will help you figure out if you can get funds from these programs. Can help pay for:HIV care, HIV meds, and labs/bloodwork, Mental health counseling Housing, Dental care up to $2,500 per year, Transportation for HIV-related needs, Health insurance costs, like premiums & co-pays and Other (non-HIV) meds.
