Provides business and community development services, consulting and coaching for nonprofit agencies

Works to help people in their 20's and 30's become better immersed in the life of the Catholic church and in this way become connected to others who share similar values. Participants are assisted in reconnecting to a parish. They also experience liturgies and share social activities. Staff works to help participants become aware of the social justice teachings of the church which encourage them to volunteer in the community. Ministry activities include retreats, and an annual conference. Works to help parishes become young adult-friendly.

Offers nonprofit agencies the opportunity to partner with Greater Cleveland Volunteers to receive the services of volunteers. Recruits and refers volunteers to partner agencies. May also provide consultation on best practices in volunteer management, such as how to retain and manage volunteers.

DCRC provides vocational support services in a variety of ways. For those enrolled in OOD, DCRC can provide skills training to help get a job or a better job. Consumers can learn how to write an effective resume, fill out applications, and practice interview skills. DCRC will advocate for support services and teach consumers to advocate for their needs. Once the consumer has a job, DCRC can provide on-the-job support through the training and orientation period. DCRC also has general educational workshops related to vocational development open to all.

Coordinates 10 neighborhood associations in the Lima City area. Works with residents, churches, educators, businesses and organizations to bring the community together to address concerns and issues that affect their neighborhoods.

A trained grants librarian collects and maintains the most current and comprehensive reference collection on grants. Materials are available for use in the library to assist the public in locating appropriate funding sources and preparing grant proposals. Orientation sessions held on a regular basis.

Greater Springfield Assocation of Fundraising Professionals is a nonprofit that helps to empower individuals and organizations to practice ethical fundraising through professional, education, networking and research and advocacy.

Provides help to community residents and organizations engaged in community building activities. Grants range from $100 - $250. Grants are intended to encourage health, safety, neighborliness, civic participation, volunteerism, community pride and activism in the North End of Mansfield (census tracts 6, 7 and 16). Three or more residents can apply for funds; Two or more organizations can apply for funds on a matching basis. Terms may change.

Providing Butler County Microenterprise and Microloan Program is a free training program for individuals who want to learn how to run their own businesses. Services include; development business consulting, business plan development, business consulting and business financing for low income. Completion of the workshop and an approved business plan, individuals are eligible to apply for microloans of $500 to $5,000.

Conducts a monthly meeting to discuss issues and programs affecting the blind and vision impaired.
