Generally, this program is introduced into neighborhoods/residential areas that have a high incidence of poverty, drugs (use and or sale), code violations for the exterior of homes and above average disconnect between residents living right next door to one another. Provide in communities where there is a need for revitalization of homes and special buying programs/transition to home ownership.
All services are provided on-site within the neighborhood/community, with hours of service and operation being determined by service need.
Program can provide language interpreting services as needed.

Empowering residents to make positive changes that can be self-sustained by the neighborhood long-term. All initiatives for neighborhood organizing are resident-driven for maximum support, implementation and follow-through.
