Services include opening shelters, providing meals and drinks and fulfilling emergency needs.

Coordinates and provides emergency assistance in times of disaster. Provides preparedness information about major disasters and large-scale emergencies. Coordinates with other agencies in disaster situations. Develops action plans for emergency response. Sets up temporary emergency shelters in the community during disasters.

Does not assist those forced out of their home due to a Carbon Monoxide issue, unless forced out in the middle of the night and in immediate danger, then will try to assist. Provides cleaning kits (mop and bleach) to victims of flooding.
