THIS TYPICALLY DOES NOT INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Widespread /routine power outages,
Burst/ frozen pipes,
Spoiled food due to power outage,
Damage to the utility line from the street to the house,
Mold damage,
Legal evictions, and or tenant/landlord concerns unrelated to disaster damage,
Health related needs with no disaster event,
Carbon monoxide poisoning,
Flooding due to sewage backup,
Contaminated water/wells, water boil orders or lack of potable water,
Home / Apartment malfunctions /damage due to maintenance issues.
