COTS coordinates the Central Ohio Regional Healthcare Emergency Preparedness (RHEP) Coalition and the Southeast/Southeast Central Ohio Healthcare Coalition (SEOHC). The RHEP Coalition and the SEOHC are public-private partnerships that facilitate, support, and strengthen healthcare and related entities to prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies. Together, capabilities are built that can’t be achieved alone. COTS offers a Healthcare Incident Liaison (HIL) that leads a regional effort to build a disaster resilient healthcare system.
