Provides coordination of an integrated emergency management system with local officials, emergency response organizations, support services, and volunteers. In the aftermath of disasters, the county EMA supports local response efforts and coordinates disaster recovery operations from the county Emergency Operations Center. Also coordinates and supports efforts to train and exercise with local officials, emergency responders, community service organizations, business and industry executives and citizens.
