Children’s Hunger Alliance creates, leads and participates in community-wide and statewide collaborative efforts that children with access to healthy food, nutrition education and physical activity.

Partners with families, schools, and community leaders to create equitable learning opportunities, foster holistic support systems, and empower neighborhoods, so that every child can thrive. 1. Youth Development & Prevention: Expand high-quality afterschool and summer programs integrating evidence-based prevention, social-emotional learning, mentoring, and mental health supports to reduce risk behaviors and strengthen protective factors. 2. Family Engagement: Deliver evidence-based family strengthening and parenting programs that improve communication, stability, and supportive home environments 3. Community & Neighborhood Strengthening: Activate neighborhood spaces, promote food access and wellness, and build resident leadership. 4. Partnerships & Capacity Building: Align schools, systems, higher education, and coalitions to maximize collective impact.
