Offers pavilions at parks in the City of Solon for use by individuals and groups.

Multi-purpose facility offers diverse programs such as recreation, physical fitness, nature/outdoor programs, day trip and travel programs, education, health and human services, community programs and volunteer opportunities.

Offers sports, fitness, cultural arts, crafts, entertainment and seasonal programs for community members of all age groups. Many centers feature auditoriums, kitchens, gyms, classroom services and swimming facilities.

Provides meeting rooms for groups or organizations which have a cultural, educational, civic, social, political, religious, or professional focus; other community-oriented organizations; or, persons volunteering as tutors as part of a non-profit program. Meeting rooms are not available to non-library groups or individuals for the promotion or sales of services or products, fundraising, conducting classes for profit, or private social functions.

The fairgrounds consists of 106-acre grounds including 3 buildings, cafeteria, grandstand, outdoor arena and a harness track. Other fairground buildings are available for winter storage of boats and trailers. Site of the annual Richland County Fair, flea markets, and other special events.

Provide temporary shelter for single women and women with children who are homeless. Length of stay is 30 days with goal of moving to stable housing. Assistance with finding permanent housing and other resources.
