Provides a full range of library services including books, movies, music (in hard copy and electronic formats), hotspots, reference, children's, adult and teen departments, homebound services, audio-visual materials, a variety of programs for all age groups, computer access to the catalog and Internet, book groups, and study equipment and space. Also offers meeting rooms for public events. Provides computer links to numerous databases. Also offers an Internet workstation for the visually impaired.Titles may also be directly downloaded as e-books or streamed to home computers or other devices of cardholders in the library network.

DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC - CURBSIDE SERVICE ONLY THROUGH JANUARY 16, 2022 - M-F: 10:00am-6:00pm; Saturday: 9:00am-5:00pm; Sunday: 1:00pm-5:00pm. It is not necessary to phone the branch before coming to pick up materials. Normally, Noble Neighborhood Branch hours - Sunday: 1:00pm-5:00pm; M, Tu, Th: 1:00pm-9:00pm; W, F, Sa: 9:00am-5:30pm.

Application process

Phone or check website for information or walk in during service hours. The catalog may be accessed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Adults with children ages 16 and under need parent's or guardian's signature on the form before a card can be issued. Special limited liability cards are available for children ages 18 and under without parent or guardian signature (books only, 3-item limit).

Fee

Free. No fines for overdue materials. However, the library must be reimbursed for any lost or damaged materials.

Eligibility

Library cards are issued to anyone who lives, works, owns property or goes to school in Ohio.
