Naomi House is: - For women in recovery, women in recovery who have infants, or women in recovery who are pregnant - A recovery residence, where rent is on a graduated rent structure. It is their home. With grant support, new moms will be exempt from rent for a period of time. - A place where supportive services are conducted – parenting, healthy living, food preparation. - Where an on-site house mom will help the residents with their recovery, parenting, establishing a positive, productive life. - Where recovery coaches, parent mentor, recovery navigator will work with the residents on the skills and knowledge to gain long term recovery - Where the residents can participate in treatment programs, including medication assisted recovery and support group meetings. - Where participation in recovery events will be encouraged. - Where the residents, when they are ready and able, will be encouraged to gain employment.

Recovery Home | Women For Recovery - Serenity Grove

Level 2 transitional recovery house for women struggling with substance use disorders. Women come to Serenity Grove to learn to live independently, to heal, and to gain back their lives. Built on seven wooded acres in the Ohio countryside, Serenity Grove is open to women who have completed an inpatient treatment program and/or who have at least 30 days clean.

Awakening Lane is a revolutionary option for women working to create a new way of living in recovery, located in Newark. We welcome single women over the age of 18. We also welcome pregnant women and women caring for their baby while living in Recovery. While participating in our program, residents will have the opportunity to live in a home that fosters a safe and supported learning environment to help them continue sobriety. Residents of Awakening Lane are held accountable. For the safety of each resident, they will be drug tested, alcohol tested, and subjected to a curfew. In addition, they will be helped them with their specific needs as they pertain to their personal recovery path, finding employment, signing up for future assisted / affordable housing, and furthering their education. Our residents will support each other, making real friendships and having new experiences that will outshine old, intrusive memories that can lead to relapse. Bassett House treats addiction as a disease from which young people, 13 to 18 years of age, can recover with the support of strengths-based, family-focused therapeutic intervention. Opal House is a home for 16 women who are in recovery from substance use disorders. It is not a treatment program, but rather sober-living housing.

COVID-19 Temporary Message: All case managers, peer supporters, and individual sessions will begin to meet via telephone for individual appointments. Weekend UDS at Turning Point is also suspended, though regular weekday screening is still taking place. All of their residential facilities (Turning Point, Opal House, and Liberty House) are accepting new clients.

Absolute House | Treatmentworks

Provides a structured transitional living program for those with substance abuse issues. Housing and meals are provided. Residents attend regular group therapy sessions and 12-step meetings. Anger management, parenting classes and counseling, and family counseling are offered as needed. Residents must remain on site for the first two months and participate in highly structured recovery activities (this is Phase I of the program). After that, residents continue with individual recovery and addiction services, but are allowed to leave for mainstream employment (this is Phase II of the program).

Prodigal House | Manna House Recovery And Resource Center

Provides a 17-bed residence for individual men who need a sober environment to support their substance abuse recovery or a transitional residence after release from prison. Residents share in chores, must attend 3 12-step meetings per week (for substance abusers) or a mandatory weekly meeting for counseling (for ex-offenders), and are generally supervised by a house manager. Typical stay is 6 months-1 year. Twelve apartment suites are also available for those who are ready for a more independent living situation.
