Eligibility

Holmes and Wayne County residents age 18 and older who have at least 30 days of sobriety, are involved in some type of recovery support (such as a 12-step program), 30 days of verifiable employment, and have required housing deposit prior to moving in.

Required documents

Driver's license/photo ID, proof of 30 day sobriety, employment verification, proof of recovery support, and housing deposit.
