Operates a 24-hour support line which links individuals to inpatient/outpatient services, community recovery meetings, recovery housing and provides support for individuals waiting for services to begin.

Provides referrals to available treatment for those suffering from mental health or substance abuse issues. Operators help assess caller's immediate needs and direct them to local treatment facilities, support groups or social service agencies. Does not provide counselling. Also offers an online searchable database of mental health and addiction treatment centers (including detox programs) with details on what types of services they offer as well as details on payment options.

Provides a hotline for issues and crises related to mental health, domestic violence, substance abuse, suicide, and sexual assault.

Assists families struggling with a child's alcohol or drug use. Empower families with information, support and guidance; advocate for greater understanding and more effective programs to treat the disease of addiction. Helpline provides support to parents and caregivers of young persons struggling with drug or alcohol use.

Offers a help-line number for people needing support with overcoming drug problems. Find meetings and answer general questions. This help-line is answered by addicts with six months or more of clean time. When no one is available to personally answer calls, a recorded message provides meetings and addresses for DASCNA area meetings.

Also known as, the Treatment Referral Routing Service, this Helpline provides 24-hour free and confidential treatment referral and information about mental and/or substance use disorders, prevention, and recovery in English and Spanish.

Hotline for substance abuse or at risk of abuse individuals.

Provides a helpline to connect residents addicted to alcohol or other drugs, with the best agency to assist them. The Navigator will "walk along with you" to link the caller or a loved one to treatment services, recovery resources, answer questions about how to help, and will follow up with them so that they know exactly where to go and what steps to take.

Provides a helpline to connect Summit County residents addicted to alcohol, drugs, and/or gambling with the best agency to assist them. Offers a pre-screening assessment for alcohol, drugs, and gambling.

Provides a substance use disorder 24-hour helpline and service center for individuals and families. Helpline and service center provides information and referrals for initial assessment of substance use disorders, including both drug addiction and alcoholism.

Provides a 24-hour hotline and walk-in service to assist individuals who are experiencing acute or chronic psychiatric distress and/or a crisis brought on by substance abuse. Serves as a suicide prevention hotline. Assesses the situation over the phone immediately and then contacts law enforcement if it is decided that client needs immediate emergency services. Assesses the problem and accesses appropriate services such as hospitalization, crisis intervention, and counseling. Services not available in the home.

Provides individual and group counseling therapy sessions, case management, and crisis intervention services, including a hotline, to help individuals who are dealing with substance use disorders. Also provides medication-assisted treatment services with Suboxone, Bunavail, and Vivitrol.

SAMHSA'S Mental Health and Substance Abuse Helpline offers 24/7 treatment referral, information about mental health and/or substance use issues, and linkage to the nearest crisis center for information, support and counseling.

After-hours crisis response service for individuals experiencing issues related to substance use disorders. Peer Recovery Supporters make in-person visits to individuals where they are and transport individuals to area treatment centers immediately when appropriate.
