Program to assist pregnant women and other adults in the home quit smoking. Women in the program receive smoking cessation sessions at no cost. Women who stay smoke free after the baby is born receive a monthly voucher for free diapers for up to 12 months. Additional partners in the home who quit smoking and remain smoke free after the baby is born can also receive a monthly voucher for free diapers for up to 12 months.
