PROVIDE ALTERNATIVE, SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR ADULTS DURING THEIR SOBRIETY JOURNEY AT VARIOUS LEVELS. WE PROVIDE; TARGETED CM, IOP ( INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT) TREATMENT IN GROUP AND 1:1 SETTINGS. WE ARE CERTIFIED MEMBERS OF OHIO MENTAL HEALTH AND ADDICTION SERVICES SUD AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH. WE STRIVE TO INDIVIDUALIZE OUR SERVICES, UNDERSTANDING THAT EACH INDIVIDUAL HAS UNIQUE NEEDS AND CHALLENGES. THERE IS NO "END" DATE TO OUR SERVICES. WE WILL WALK THE JOURNEY WITH THE CLIENTS AS LONG AS THEY ARE COMMITTED TO THEIR SOBRIETY. WE HAVE COLLABORATIVE RELATIONSHIP WITH MEDICAL MD, CNP AND LOCAL HOSPITAL PSYCHIATRIC UNITS TO ASSIST WITH STREAMLINING THE TRANSITION OF CARE.
