Outpatient counseling services for those in need of individual or group therapy. Weekly sessions assist people in addressing/dealing with depression, anxiety, anger, stress, family difficulties and grief issues. TRANSITIONS is an intensive outpatient-partial hospital group therapy program designed to help people learn ways to manager their difficulties.

Outpatient services provided in the areas of mental health, substance use disorder (addiction recovery), primary care and infectious disease. Mental health counseling provided includes: individuals, couples, family, group, child and EMDR. Psychiatry and case management services available. Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) available. Medication assisted treatment available for substance use disorder. On-site pharmacy and lab.

Provides counseling for people who are having difficulty controlling their compulsion to gamble and for their families.

Tobacco cessation program to help pregnant women quit smoking and stay tobacco free after baby is born. Women who enroll in the program, quit smoking and remain tobacco free after the baby is born receive free diapers for 12 months (voucher to Walmart each month).

Provides intensive outpatient counseling for individuals who have engaged in sexually abusive behavior. Program is broken into three subgroups: Sexually Agressive Youth, Sexually Offending Recovery Program, and Sexually Agressive Developmentally Delayed Adult.

Offers in-office and home-based programs that specialize in the treatment of youth ages 4 to 18 who have adjustment problems, behavior problems, emotional disturbance, substance abuse issues or incipient mental illness.

Provides therapeutically specific services to youth who are demonstrating sexually inappropriate, abusive or offending behaviors. Youth are taught to identify, alter and reshape self-destructive patterns of thoughts and behaviors. Services include group therapy, individual and family counseling and community-based management services. All youth are served but moderate to high risk youth will receive two group sessions per week, an in-home community based worker and possibly individual counseling.

Provides clinicians who are available to meet with individuals or families affected by cancer for short-term counseling.

Program to help at risk youth age 14-24 successfully transition to adulthood.

Provide temporary shelter for single women and women with children who are homeless. Length of stay is 30 days with goal of moving to stable housing. Assistance with finding permanent housing and other resources.

Matches a volunteer with a first-time female offender, age 10 to 15, from the Juvenile Court system.

Offers marriage counseling.
