- Video Remote Interpreting and Telephone Interpreting services available in over 250 languages. - If a situation arises where an in-person interpreter is required, Riveon Mental Health and Recovery makes every possible effort to secure an in-person interpreter. - Printed programmatic information is available in Spanish.

Call the office for more information and to schedule an initial evaluation appointment. Transportation Services to Riveon Appointments: - If enrolled in a Medicaid program, call the number on the insurance card to arrange transportation. - If not enrolled in a Medicaid program, call 440-204-4224 to schedule transportation. 24-hour advanced notice is required.

- Sliding fee scale available for Lorain County residents. - Accepts most insurance plans and public programs including Medicaid, Medicare, and Title XX.
