Provides time limited, face-to-face individual and group counseling within one of Zepf Center's facilities. The focus is on creating hope and positive change. Therapists work with clients to improve their level of functioning in the home with their families, in their communities and at work. Individual needs are identified, and therapeutic goals are defined that include but are not limited to: assisting clients to improve daily functioning, teaching and implementing positive coping skills for managing mental health symptoms, understanding and healing from traumatic experiences, and developing conflict resolution skills for navigating stress and problems encountered in life.

Serves adjudicated and Non-adjudicated youth. Provides theraputically specific services to youth who are demonstrating sexually inappropriate, abusive, or offending behaviors.

Outpatient Partial Hospitalization & Intensive Outpatient Therapy for adults and children as young as 12 years of age. The following illnesses are treated: Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder. Our program begins with a mental and physical health assessment. Based on your assessment and your needs, our team will recommend a treatment plan that typically includes a combination of talk therapy, holistic therapies, peer-to-peer support groups, and medication management. Sometimes people with mental health issues are also struggling with substance abuse. A treatment plan that addresses individuals needs and symptoms will be developed.

The IOP program philosophy and goal is to provide accessible and respectful, evidenced-based practices (EBP) treatment services to assist clients with improving their quality of life. IOP meets three times a week for three-hour group counseling sessions and provides individual counseling and case management. The program serves an adult population with moderate to severe substance use disorders who have a need for increased structure and support. Treatment services are driven by Stages of Change and utilizes the Living in Balance curriculum.

Provides family support and individual support services using ASL (not an interpreter). These services are available for consumers who are deaf or hard of hearing. Providers are familiar with the deaf culture and the deaf community and able to provide support without language or cultural barriers. Call for appointment. Some services available on walk in basis. There are also services designed to meet the treatment needs of dually diagnosed clients - those having both substance abuse and mental health issues. Drug screening is randomly done throughout treatment and self-support meeting attendance is encouraged in conjunction with treatment.

Dual Diagnosis for Co-Occurring Disorders Sometimes people with mental health issues are also struggling with substance abuse. Together, we’ll develop a treatment plan that addresses your needs and all of your symptoms. What Does Help Look Like We offer a wide range of therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness training, family education and counseling, and fitness and wellness education. When you’re in outpatient mental health treatment, whether you are stepping down from inpatient care or beginning treatment as an outpatient, your plan will include one of two programs. Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) For people who need to maintain a work, home, or school schedule, our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers comprehensive outpatient services in a day or evening format. Typically, this program lasts two to four weeks and meets five to six days a week. You’ll participate in several sessions each day, including individual, group, and family therapy. You’ll also have opportunities to enjoy our beautiful grounds and take part in holistic activities like yoga, music, and art. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Your treatment plan may include our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), which meets three to five days a week for a minimum of nine hours per week. This program offers group and family therapy, as well as medication management, skill development, and long-term recovery planning. Before you complete the program, we’ll make sure that any ongoing treatment you need is aligned with your aftercare provider. Some of the discussion areas for outpatient mental health treatment include triggers and warning signs, self-identity and self-esteem, coping skills, relapse stages and prevention, and understanding emotions and moods.
