Provides furnished apartments for young adults who have had difficulties functioning in a work or educational setting. Helps residents to build independent living skills through case management and by teaching them life skills.

Assists students with disabilities who are between the ages of 14 and 24 years old who want to pursue individual interests and independence in the community. Monthly Youth Group meetings provide opportunities to discuss and practice the following topics such as: Pre-employment, Self-advocacy, Independent Living Skills, Socializations skills, Self-Advocacy, and Youth Leadership. We give them a safe place to live while connecting them with community services and mentoring to help them get a job, obtain a driver’s license, and learn how to live independently. Hope Landing is a place for former foster youth to “land”, catch their breath, and move on to a successful future.

Offers a supervised living program for teens and young adults to help them prepare for independent living. Provides 24-hour supervision. Participants live in a group residence on the Bellefaire campus. Offers access to supportive services such as life skills education, medical and mental health care, vocational training, employment services and case management. Participants must attend high school or work toward a GED while in this program.

Operates a 23-unit supportive housing residential facility for young adults who have aged out of foster care. Residents have the opportunity to participate in classes that teach parenting skills, job readiness, and independent living skills as they work toward self-sufficiency. The facility also offers a community room, laundry room and an exercise room. Units are furnished efficiency apartments.

Helps at-risk teens make the transition from institution or foster family to living independently. Provides participants semi-independent living apartments and supportive services such as case management, education, job readiness training, life skills training, and counseling. Teens spend six months to one year in a totally supervised cluster site, then move on to a more independent scatter site.
