Offers violence prevention and intervention training and culturally-specific programming for youth, including out-of-school-time programs with arts and African dance instruction, entrepreneurship training, and Family Day. Activities focus on the arts, developing entrepreneurial skills, drug and healthy lifestyles education, Rites of Passage, culturally specific programming, and academic enrichment.

Provides an after school program for youth which teaches life skills and healthy choices. Includes substance abuse education/prevention, HIV education/prevention (including abstinence), stress and anger management, goal setting, and employment readiness. There are separate groups for girls and boys. Adult volunteers assist as speakers and support youth in the program. Also functions as a Juvenile Diversion program from the courts.
