During Summer, the program partners with Youth Opportunities Unlimited, to add a workforce component. Participants gain skills to help them identify as community members while fostering independence. Residential is designed to replace risky behaviors and activities with positive protective factors by improving decision-making and critical thinking skills, increasing engagement in drug-free activities, increasing participant's network of positive peer supports, and developing community awareness about prevention efforts. The other program (Becoming Me ) is for young adults in college and offers life coaching and internships.

The program provides health and developmental services so that children start school healthy and ready to learn. Help Me Grow works with parents to support young children's development. Home Visitors provide on-going home visits in the home; focus on improving prenatal health habits and infant care giving skills; provide information on child's health, growth, education and development through the Parents As Teachers program; provide screenings for health, hearing, vision and development; connect families with community resources and services.
