Offers a four-week job readiness training, career counseling, life skills and personal development to assist fathers who are unemployed or underemployed. Job placement assistance available upon successful completion of the program.

Application process

Phone for intake screening M-F: 9:00am-5:00pm. If intake screening results in eligibility for the program, will be invited to attend an orientation.

Fee

No charges for those who apply and qualify for the construction trades training scholarship

Eligibility

Serves fathers ages 18 or older who are unemployed or underemployed and are interested in a career in construction trades. Must be a Cuyahoga County resident, have minimum of a high school diploma or GED, no current criminal charges pending.
