Provides counseling (individual and group), medication monitoring, and psychiatric disorder diagnosis and counseling. In addition, agency contracts with schools and other agencies to train staff on mental illness in deaf individuals. Works in collaboration with staff of other agency programs (children's and counseling programs) to serve client needs.

American Disabilities Act (ADA) Contract and Consulting Starting January 2020: Offers training and technical assistance throughout Ohio on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Assists with ADA surveys, provides assessments and will help with the development and implementation of transition/compliance plans.

Provides organizatinal training and consultation to promote awareness, accessibility, inclusion, and provision of services for the autistic population.

Offers Independent Living services for individuals with disabilities. A.P.P.L.E. Allen County Board of Developemental Disabilities offers a disabilty awareness program called A.P.P.L.E. This program is provided in various settings, such as school classrooms, community businesses, social groups, churches and other types of places.
Helps to facilitate the inclusion of children with special needs into child care programs, day care homes, and schools. Services focus on the inclusion of children with disabilities and include helping families find child care and preschool programs, workshops, information and referral, as well as training and on-site consultation for teachers/professionals.
