Provides early care and education for children 18 months to the age of 12 years. A full USDA breakfast, PM snack and the center provides lunch supplements are provided. Parents are to provide lunch for children. Tuition assistance through Job and Family Service is accepted. Tuition scholarship for eligible families is provided, if available.

The daycare has separate classrooms, based on ages and if they are potty trained. The classes are infants, toddlers, three year olds, and four and five year olds (not yet in kindergarten). Age appropriate activities are offered at each level, all year round.
