Current physical signed, dated and stamped by physician or nurse practitioner. All required ODJFS paperwork.
Mon. - Fri. 7:00 am - 6:00 pm. Closed all major holidays.
Pertinent paperwork provided by the center according to the regulations of Ohio Dept Job Family Services must be completed before start date. Initial interview and scheduled visits before children enrolled in age appropriate programs.
Monthly tuition and activity fees are required by family.

Offers early care and education for children 18 months to the age of 12 years. Provides full USDA breakfast, pm snack, lunch supplements are given. Parents are to provide lunch for children. Tuition assistance through Job and Family Service is accepted. Tuition scholarship for eligible families is provided only if available.
