A non-profit animal welfare organization comitted to advocating and compassionately caring for the abandoned, abused, and neglected animals in our community, and finding them loving homes.

Provides many core pet services, including: low cost vaccine and microchips; flea treatment/preventative; dewormer (Treatment for tapeworms, roundworms, hookworms & whipworms); and ID tags for dogs and cats. Also can offer low cost (below retail prices) pet supplies, such as leashes/collar combo, cannine and feline enrichment toys, treats, and litter pans. Provides free spay/neuter for some zip codes within Cleveland and pets may be vaccinated and microchipped at the time of surgery for a fee.

Provides micro-chipping for pets.

Offers affordable veterinary services for dogs and cats including vaccinations, microchipping, well checks, heartworm tests, and feline Leukemia screening. Provides sick animal care for dogs and cats with minor illnesses and ailments such as upper respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, ear problems, and allergies. Provides surgical procedures such as spay and neuter.

Offer low cost spay/neuter services; basic pet health care and preventative products; micro-chipping; grooming services for dogs, cats, rabbits, birds and various exotic animals. Animal cremation services; humane euthanasia services. Hall rentals; shelter for stray cats and dogs; adoptions for cats and dogs. Variable fees involved in adopting animals. Volunteer opportunities available.

Large variety of new & used items. Accept donations of clothing, children’s toys, furniture, household appliances, tools, musical instruments, antiques, collectibles, books, and decorative items. All proceeds from the Menagerie support the operation and mission of the Animal Welfare League.

Provide community safety and enforce the laws of the State of Ohio. Lost and found dog matching, stray dog retrieval, pet microchips, community service hours and volunteers.

Provides a temporary shelter for stray, unwanted and abused animals. Collaborates with city and county authorities to enforce animal laws.

Offers implanted scannable coded computer chips for placement in dogs, cats and other pets as a means of facilitating the reunion of lost pets with their owners.
