PET CARE SERVICES | NEIGHBORHOOD PETS OUTREACH & RESOURCE CENTER

Provides many core pet services, including: low cost vaccine and microchips; flea treatment/preventative; dewormer (Treatment for tapeworms, roundworms, hookworms & whipworms); and ID tags for dogs and cats. Also can offer low cost (below retail prices) pet supplies, such as leashes/collar combo, cannine and feline enrichment toys, treats, and litter pans. Provides free spay/neuter for some zip codes within Cleveland and pets may be vaccinated and microchipped at the time of surgery for a fee.

Fee

Fixed fee for vaccine & microchip services; fixed fee for flea treatment/preventative and dewormer services; Fixed fee for pet supplies. NOTE: services are provide at a low cost, much lower than traditional places. ID tags are free and information concerning a pet is free. Spay/Neuter: free. Membership: free.

Eligibility

Cleveland residents who receive government assistance or have income below the federal poverty level of 150%. Spay/Neuter: serves residents in 44103, 44104, 44105, 44114, 44115, and 44127 - Pets must be at least 8 weeks old and weigh at least 2 lbs. A current rabies vaccine is required. If no proof of a current rabies vaccine, it will be given on the day of surgery for a fee. Must become a member of the agency.
