The Adult program focuses on individuals who are either unemployed or underemployed to help them gain the skills needed to obtain employment with higher wages. The Dislocated Worker Program serves workers who have been terminated or laid off and are unlikely to return to their previous occupation, or terminated or laid off due to a mass layoff or a plant closing.

Offers career technical training in more than 100 career areas. Students receive housing, meals, basic health care, a living allowance, training, and preparation for a career, all at no cost. For up to 21 months after graduation, a career transition counselor will help students make the transition from Job Corps into the real world.

Subjects available include manufacturing skills, drafting and design. Apprentices must be sponsored by an employer who is willing to support the on-the-job training component. Apprenticeship areas include bricklaying, carpentry, cement masonry, construction tending and hazardous material abatement, drywall finishing, electrical construction, floor laying, glazing, iron working, millwrighting, operating engineers, painting, sign & display, and teledata.
