Eligibility

Open to at-risk youth ages 14-24 from Richland and Crawford counties. Youth may qualify under these guidelines:
  • School Dropout
  • Youth involved with the justice system
  • Has a low income (free/reduced lunch or household income less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines)
  • Is a runaway or is homeless
  • Is in the foster care system or aging out
  • Currently pregnant or is parenting
  • Is disabled, deficient in basis skills
  • Requires help completing an educational program or holding employment
  • English language learner
