Provides immunizations for children and some immunizations for adults. Offers all required vaccines for children. Offers Td booster for tetanus and diphtheria; Tdap booster for tetanus, diphtheria and whooping cough; measles, mumps and rubella (MMR); chickenpox, Hepatitis B; and pneumonia for adults. Does not provide travel immunizations. Offers immunizations events throughout the community at various times.

Provides primary medical services, including screenings (such as blood pressure testing, diabetes screenings, TB testing), physicals, wound care and routine blood work. Helps clients find patient assistance programs that provide prescriptions; Will help complete and mail applications for these programs.

Primary healthcare for adults and children, services include immunizations and vaccinations.

Walk-in urgent care center. Also does physicals and immunizations. Provides ongoing primary care, sports and work physicals, childhood immunizations, annual exams for men and women, disease and condition screenings, prenatal care and sick care for adults, children and infants. Dental, Nutrition, Spiritual, Substance Use Disorder Treatment, Behavioral Health, Vision and Pharmacy care are available for Primary Care patients. Referrals can be made for specialty care and specialty pharmacy.

The Health Center offers all immunizations required to attend school. Vaccinations are available by appointment through the Community Health Center at 740-399-8008. Provides preventive medical care services such as physicals, childhood and adult immunizations, checkups to follow the development of babies, screening for lead poisoning through blood tests and the services of pediatricians. Provides vaccination against shingles at some sites. Also provides immunizations against diseases that may be encountered by those traveling to countries outside the US.

Provides inoculations to prevent susceptible individuals from contracting specific diseases for which means of control have been developed.

Provides services typically found in the office of an internal medicine physician. Services include general physicals, immunizations for all ages, and HIV testing,

Miami County Public Health (MCPH) offers vaccines through our immunization clinic for infants, children, and teens. The MCPH immunization clinic accepts Medicare, Medicaid and most insurance.

Provides general physical exams, well baby care, pediatrics, and immunizations.

Offers childhood immunization services. Provides vaccines for the following diseases: Measles, Mumps, Polio, Rubella (German Measles), Pertusis (Whooping Cough), Pneumonia, Meningitis, Diphtheria, Tetanus, HIB Disease, Hepatitis B, Chicken Pox, Rotavirus, and HPV.

Provides general physical exams, well baby care, pediatrics, and immunizations.

In collaboration with Public Health-Dayton & Montgomery County offers the following immunizations at this site: DTaP, Polio, Hib, Comvax, Hepatitis B, MMR, Chicken Pox, Tetanus-Diphtheria, Influenza, and Prevnar (on a limited basis for those who qualify).

Most Clinics are scheduled. Otherwise an appointment is recommended.

MCHD offers routine childhood immunizations by appointment.

Provides primary, preventative, diagnostic care, as well as pediatrics, childhood immunizations, and physical examinations for sports and employment.
