Miami County Public Health (MCPH) offers vaccines through our immunization clinic for infants, children, and teens. The MCPH immunization clinic accepts Medicare, Medicaid and most insurance.

Helps with free health assessments and individually prescribed workouts. Offers a variety of group and individual exercise classes like indoor cycling, aerobic, weight lifting, full court basketball and volleyball, cushioned indoor track, rowing machines, senior programs, yoga, and more. Offers an exercise pool featuring aqua arthritis and water aerobics classes.

Provides family practice medical care, women's health care, pediatrics, beavioral health/counseling, dietetics and nutrition and chronic care management.

Provides ongoing primary care, sports and work physicals, childhood immunizations, annual exams for men and women, disease and condition screenings, prenatal care and sick care for adults, children and infants. Dental, Nutrition, Spiritual, Substance Use Disorder Treatment, Behavioral Health, Vision and Pharmacy care are available for Primary Care patients. Referrals can be made for specialty care and specialty pharmacy.

Routine health care provided by internists, pediatricians, OB/GYN, substance use and mental health services, clinical pharmacy, nutrition, geriatric and preventative medicine physicians. Services focus on the prevention and early detection of health problems through regular physical examinations, blood pressure checks, immunizations and other similar procedures. This site also provides COVID-19 testing and vaccines for 6 months to adults, vision (including dispensary) and dental services.

Offers HPV vaccine. Vaccines are given in a series over the course of several months and require patients to return to the health center for full vaccination.

Provides a childhood immunization program.

Provides preventive medical care services such as physicals, childhood and adult immunizations, checkups to follow the development of babies, screening for lead poisoning through blood tests and the services of pediatricians. Provides vaccination against shingles at some sites. Also provides immunizations against diseases that may be encountered by those traveling to countries outside the US.

Provides required and recommended vaccinations to children birth - 18 years old at the Richland Public Health Clinic and various satellite locations.

Provides various basic health screenings. Services may include diagnostic testing, health monitoring, and seasonal flu shots in the fall.

Provides primary and pediatric care. Services include physical exams, screenings, podiatry, physical therapy, well-child care, flu vaccines, chronic disease management, women's health, and other related primary care services. Clients can fill prescriptions written by agency doctors at a specific pharmacy at a discounted price. Care Coordinators also assist patients with finding and applying for prescription assistance programs. Provides substance abuse and behavioral health counseling.

Collaborates with Public Health-Dayton & Montgomery County and offers the following immunizations at this site: DTaP, Polio, Hib, Comvax, Hepatitis B, MMR, Chicken Pox, Tetanus-Diphtheria, Influenza, and Prevnar (on a limited basis for those who qualify).

The Harm Reduction Clinic is held every Wednesday and offers a one for one syringe exchange up to 30 syringes, naloxone distribution and training, Hepatitis A/B immunizations, Opioid Navigator and peer counseling services. Additionally, community naloxone distributions will occur at the following: New Marshfield Community Center- 3rd Monday of every month, 1:30pm-2:30pm Walmart (E State Street)- 1st, 2nd, and 4th Monday of every month, 1:30-2:30 pm.

Nursing and community health division providing: communicable disease follow-up; immunizations for children and adults; foreign travel immunizations; flu shots; case management for children with medical handicaps; community health assessment and education; tuberculosis clinic; preventative health services. WIC program provides supplemental nutrition support to women, infants and children under the age of 5.

The hepatitis A vaccine is available at the health department and is highly recommended for those who have never been vaccinated and/or are traveling to the outbreak-affected states. Vaccine is administered in a two dose series and cost for the vaccine is covered by most health insurance. For those without insurance, she said payment assistance is available.

Provides seasonal flu shots by injection. Does not offer preservative-free or Thimerosal-free vaccines. Pneumonia shots also available.
