Mon, Tue, Thu 8am-4pm, Wed 8am-6 pm, Fri 8am-2 pm. . No appointment is necessary. The Ohio Department of Health does still offer vaccinations for children with no insurance.

Children $20; Adults $25. Medicaid and most insurances are accepted. Medicare Part B is accepted for Influenza and Pneumonia Vaccines. No one will be turned away due to inability to pay
