Included are planning for families with a member who requires an increased/increasing level of care; recommendations and referrals to address problem areas; counseling to deal with life change, loss, anxiety and depression; physical, occupational, or speech therapy; skilled home nursing; personal emergency response systems that alert a remote agency when someone has fallen and requires assistance. Provides many skilled nursing services to our clients, including wound care, infusion therapy, supportive services are provided by professional aides and companions who give comfort and support to in-home clients on a day-to-day basis. Our companions will assist with shopping, cooking, reading, errands, light housekeeping and will provide transportation to doctors' visits.
