Provides most of the same services patients would receive in a doctor's office but in the patient's home setting. Home visits are available for tuberculosis and respiratory patients. For complete homebound patients, home visits are available including, flu and pneumonia vaccines, medication assistance, air conditioner and respiratory equipment (with a physician’s order).
