Health Clinic provides medical and nursing services for individuals who have asthma, COPD, or other lung health needs. Services include: - Physical exams - Health assessment - Asthma education - Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) education - Nutrition, exercise and weight management counseling - Chest x-rays, EKG’s, breathing tests - Influenza and pneumonia immunizations - Social services - Community outreach, and referral to other social service agencies - Medical supplies, nebulizers, peak flow meters - Prescription assistance programs - Assistance with medical supplies and pharmacy prescriptions -Wellness services - Diagnostic laboratory services - Preventative services - Home care follow-up for seniors and asthma care. - Sports and work physicals.

Provides diagnosis and treatment of short-term illnesses and basic medical needs. Offers family medicine, pediatric care, adult care, and limited treatment for chronic conditions such as allergies, high blood pressure, diabetes, COPD, asthma and heart disease. Provides women's health care services, including gynecological services, physical exams, Pap screens, clinical breast exams, hepatitis-C treatment, immunizations, and referrals. Also provides dental and pharmacy services.
