The supported living program offers individualized instruction and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities to teach the specific daily living skills needed by the individual to live in a safe, healthy environment. CDS is an Individual Options Waiver and Level 1 Waiver provider through the county board of developmental disabilities system. Transportation available to those in program. Self-pay is also accepted.

Provide habilitation services to assist in acquiring skills that promote increased independent functioning. Evaluation, speech, mobility training, psychological, therapy and other services are provided daily based on an individuals specific needs. Individuals are transported to and from the Living Skills Centers on a daily basis.

The agency strives to train in the areas of assistive technologies, and work with suppliers to advocate for and represent our consumers. We also do a minimal amount of direct services.
