SELF is a free online self-management program designed to help people with lupus live their best life. SELF is tailored to support people with lupus in managing symptoms, stress, medications and working with their health care team.

Offers a curriculum to better understand diabetes and to help clients take control of their diabetes and manage it. Clients are given information on medical topics, cooking lessons, information on helpful physical activities, and nutrition information.

Helps participants’ understanding of an A1C to learning how to prepare fresh and healthy meals and to help build skills you need to take control of your diabetes and other chronic disease in a 5-week series of classes.
