Main Location: Mon-Thu 7:30am-5pm Fri 8am-4:30pm Open 7:30am-6pm Third Tuesday of each month. Moore Family Practice - 206 South Mulberry St.: Mon-Thur: 8am-4:30pm Fri: 8am-2pm Danville Medical & Counseling Location: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm. Danville Dental Location Mon-Thu 8am-6:30pm Fri 8am-4:30pm. Closed for all federal holidays.

Fees

Accepts Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care Plans, Medicare, insurance plans, or self pay. Patients that do not have insurance will be eligible for sliding fee scale with proof of income. Out-of-pocket expenses can be reduced depending on income and family size. Costs are significantly lower than going to ER or urgent care. Significant cost reduction for any Lab work and prescriptions. Regardless of payer source, NO ONE is turned away.
