A van from the James Cancer Center mobile unit visits Perry County 6-8 times a year to assist women in need of breast screenings. Women age 40 or older, women under the age of 40 with a first degree relative who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and women under the age of 40 who have an area of concern are eligible for screenings. Women who fit eligibility criteria receive a free mammogram.

Provides an array of women's health services. Childbirth services include prenatal, labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care for pregnant women. Care is provided by certified nurse midwives. North Columbus Health Center offers the following women's health services: reproductive/sexual health problem check-up, breast exams, cervical cancer screening, colposcopy, fibroids evaluation, hormone replacement therapy, incontinence education, infertility education, mammogram referrals, menopause and midlife education, menopause and midlife testing and treatment, Pap test, urinary tract infection (UTI) testing and treatment, vaginal infection testing and treatment. May provide other services including help with irregular periods or no periods, painful periods, painful sex, bleeding between periods, menstrual problems (premenstrual syndrome) or even a lost tampon.
