Preventive services are free. For diagnostic services: Third-party payment accepted, including some Medicaid plans and Medicare. Those who have no health insurance must have household income at or below 400% of federal poverty guidelines to apply for financial help. Financial Counselors will screen uninsured for Marketplace insurance, Medicaid, or hospital charity eligibility. Patients who qualify for charity might not always have a 100% of bill covered. Those who have an outstanding bill may be able to receive a payment plan on a case-by-case basis.

Description

Provides screening through colonoscopy to diagnose colon cancer. When patients are high risk program takes individual family histories, provides testing through colonoscopy, treatment (if indicated) and referral to appropriate community resources for those who are (through genetics) at high risk for colorectal cancer.
