Includes individual and group tutoring, computer labs, homework help, and various other enrichment activities. Seeks to help students meet core academic requirements and prevent summer learning loss. Summer camps also involve a variety of fun activities such as swimming, arts and crafts, field trips, etc.
Provides an opportunity for youth to complete their homework with help from volunteers. Will offer assistance with reading, math, science, social studies,as well as special school assignments. Focuses on literacy issues. Service is homework help. Also offers educational activities and games and personal computer and Internet access. Computers are available in the center for use by the students. Note: many of the branches that do not provide a "Homework Center" will have a "Homework Mentor" that can provide assistance with homework, but do not provide one-on-one assistance or tutoring.

Social and emotional learning: bullying, conflict resolution, problem solving, friends, social media safety, boundary setting, coping skills, anger management strategies, grief education, managing time, boredom, distressing thoughts and feelings, sibling relationships. Independent Living Skills: job searching skills, resume formulation education, interview role play, advocating for one's needs, learning and navigating community resources.

Nehemiah University is the educational outreach ministry of The Gospel Mission, Inc. The primary goal of the university is to introduce people to Christ and strengthen their relationship with Him. The school brings together aspects of academic learning as well as spiritual growth and development.
