Provides a one-on-one, home-based literacy program, working with children as young as 16 months and up to four years of age within MEAC's service area. Early learning Specialists work with parents in the home to ensure their children’s school readiness by supporting healthy development and building social-emotional, cognitive, and early literacy skills through reading, conversation, and play.

Offers the SPARK Preschool/Kindergarten Readiness Program. Provides free 1 hour home visitation services twice per month for families with children ages 2.5-5 where teachers assist parents in preparing children for preschool and kindergarten. Children also receive one free book per month.

A faith-based half day learning program for fully potty trained 3-5 year olds. Your child can look forward to a fun, joyful, and nurturing environment. A typical day consists of time for free play and structured schedules devoted to learning. Throughout the school year, children will have the opportunity to build Christian values, express their creativity through art and music, and learn to the basics of school readiness. The program is Tuesday-Thursday from 9-12
Serves families with children ages four to five years of age and are potty trained. The Pre-K Program is ideal for those families who need or want a full day program. The program includes breakfast, lunch, pm snack and naptime at 11:45am-12:45pm. The Pre-K Program curriculum is based on the “Creative Curriculum.” Learning Opportunities are provided daily to the children that stimulate their cognitive, social-emotional and physical development. The program also follows the Ohio Early Learning Developmental Standards for preschool. Educated preschool teachers align the learning activities with the standards and each child’s individual development. Our program is unique in that Early Childhood Education students are student teachers in the classroom daily implementing developmentally appropriate activities with the children under the supervision of a licensed Early Childhood Education Instructor, Preschool teacher and teaching assistant.
