Advocates do not work for the state, the city, the county, or the police department and are therefore not obligated to disclose any information shared by a survivor. Will provide support and accompaniment to meetings and court proceedings.

Provides a court advocate to assist victims of the crime of domestic violence navigating the court and legal system. Services may include assisting with protection order or victim compensation claims applications as well as answering questions about legal processes.

Provides rape crisis services including a 24-hour hotline, advocacy for both teenagers and adults during legal proceedings, short-term crisis intervention, support groups, referrals for counseling, and community education on bystander intervention. Provides short term crisis counseling for crime victims and witnesses regardless of intent to pursue criminal prosecution; personal advocacy and court escort during all stages of the police investigation and criminal justice process; case status notification for felony level prosecution pending in Greene County Common Pleas Court and Greene County Juvenile Court. Confidential referrals within a large resource network, to any appropriate medical, counseling, or social service agency. Also provides assistance to persons applying for financial reimbursement through the Ohio Victims of Crime Compensation Program.

Provide telephone crisis intervention services for people who are survivors of rape, incest and other forms of sexual assault. Services include steps to ensure the individual's safety, short-term emotional support, information regarding the person's rights and alternatives, and referrals and/or accompaniment to resources for medical, legal and emotional needs, advocacy and other related services.
