Provides tangible items like sheets, towels, hygiene items, clothing, school supplies, cleaning and household items that are not typically provided by other organizations or sources. - Does NOT award cash, pay rent or utilities, or give gift cards.

Provides a free store where shoppers can browse for clothing, linens, kitchenware (pots, pans, silverware, plates), as well as personal care items. Variety and availability of items will vary based on what has been donated.

The Family Resource Center provides information and referral to Greene County residents to help identify and address youth and family issues in many areas and also has a food pantry

Women’s Center–Dayton offers abortion alternatives including free pregnancy tests and ultrasound scans to those who qualify. Free and confidential consultations are provided to clients who are pregnant so can understand options: adoption, abortion, or parenting. Program provides a 24 hour helpline, free pregnancy test and assistance, free ultrasound, post-abortion support, information about abortion alternatives and mentoring services. Material assistance: free infant formula and diapers, baby and infant equipment. Quantities and ability to earn material assistance are determined by agency.

Provides gently-used clothing (especially for school-age children), linens (including bedding, towels and sheets), and kitchenware. Also provides new socks and underwear. The store does not distribute furniture.

The Gleaning Place offers gently used linens, sheets, and bedding, very reasonably priced.

Provides the following: * Baby Ministry: Baby products * Baskets of Blessings: Personal care items and household products * Blessed by a Blanket Ministry: Personalized blankets * Cleaning Coach: Volunteers provide cleaning coaching for families * Fresh Start Host Ministry: Coaching and classes are offered * Freezer Ministry: Freezer meals for clients * Friends in Need Ministry: Gift card support * Gas Vouchers: Provide gas cards to approved clients * Gift Ministry: Birthday gifts and party boxes (cake or cake mix/icing, decorations, candles, etc.) * Kitchen Starter Kits: Provides important kitchen items and small appliances * Linen Closet: Sheets, pillow cases, blankets, mattress pads * School Supply Ministry: Backpacks and school supplies * Shoes for Souls: New and used shoes of all sizes and colors * Winter Coat Ministry: Coats, gloves, scarves and hats * Faith-based messaging is part of service.

The Share Closet provides gently used clothing for men, women, teens and children. Small kitchen appliances, dishes and bedding also offered. Donations accepted only on Saturday.

Clothing Boutique serves adults and children with gently used clothing and shoes. May offer limited household items such as linens and kitchenware.

Offers second hand furniture, small appliances, clothing, toys, and other material goods at lower than retail prices. Will accept furniture and small appliances that are in working order. Also they will pick-up furniture and small appliances in the Dayton area.

Provides clothing, shoes, and accessories for men, women, and children. Assists with household items such as small appliances, lamps, curtains, plates, pans, and so forth. Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, soap, laundry detergent, feminine products, and incontinence supplies (adult diapers) are available on the 4th Thursday of the month. Ask at other times for critical needs. Clients are able to choose what they need among available items. There are monthly limits to what can be received. Adults can receive 30 items of clothing a month. Children can receive 20 items of clothing a month. The agency will keep track of the totals which will refresh the first of the month.

Provides a variety of household items to individuals below the poverty guidelines over the age of 60.

Provides clothing, shoes, and linen. * Shoes: Looking for new or gently used (preferably) tennis shoes, but all donations are greatly appreciated. All sizes for all ages are needed, every pair of shoes donated will be made available free of charge to the community of Huron county during back to school event on Aug 8. * Donations: Clothing, shoes, and linen accepted during clothing bank hours. No after hours donations accepted. DOES NOT accept pillows, toys, or household items.
