Application process

- Fill out an application online at www.thedanefoundation.org. - After your request form is received, an email and/or text will be sent with the date and time for pick-up of the Dane Relief Bag(s). - If the assigned time does not work, please email or text back to us to make other arrangements. - Items may or may not include, per availability: toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, Purell/sanitizer, cleaning products, or wipes. NOTE: One (1) bag per person.
