Provides twenty-four hour, supervised, permanent supportive housing for single adults who have experienced chronic homelessness and have a diagnosed mental illness

Program is for individuals addicted to opioids such as heroin, morphine, or prescription medications. All clients are required to undergo random urine drug screen and participate in intensive counseling sessions and other recovery activities.

Offers furnished, single-room occupancy apartments with a kitchen, bathroom and living area for chronically homeless single adults for as long as they qualify for the program. Supportive services and case management are also provided which may include weekly goal plans, budgeting, employment readiness, and housing assistance. *Services are also available for veterans and individuals receiving mental health counseling

Assists participants in securing and maintaining a one-bedroom apartment located within Summit County. The program provides intensive Case Management, housing placement, security deposit, monthly rental assistance, utility assistance (one time only), bus passes, moving costs (one time only), bus passes, group outings, and other miscellaneous services.
