  • Female age 55 and over.
  • Resident of Summit County.
  • Homeless.
  • Low income.
  • Lacking resources with which to secure housing.

Required documents

  • Referral from Centralized Intake.
  • Verification of homelessness.
  • Verification of chronic substance abuse, mental health disorder, or other disability.
  • Proof of verifiable income.

Hours

Homeless Hotline staffed hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:00am to 5:00pm. Friday: 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Application process

Call the Homeless Hotline during regular office hours, or leave a message for staff. Once a referral is received, staff will contact the applicant to arrange for an interview.

The program provides intensive Case Management, housing placement, security deposit, monthly rental assistance, utility assistance (one time only), bus passes, moving costs (one time only), bus passes, group outings, and other miscellaneous services.
